2017! A new year… new things….

2017… Wow.
I’m going to try and make an effort to update this site more frequently.
Most updates will be about 3D Printing! This has really been providing me with a whole lot of entertainment over the last 9 months.
I’ve made lots of props, given tons of them away.
But now, in addition to the Qidi Tech 1, I have a new beast to play with… And she is a beast.
Behold… The Raise3D N2+
This printer is huge with a build area of 12in*12in*24in (305mm*
It runs a pcDuino touchscreen computer with WiFi that controls the motion drivers.
Power loss detection and print resume is a function of this wonderful machine.
Losing a 50 hour print at 35 hours because of power loss really sucks.
I’ve been there.
More to come about this fantastic printer after I learn the quirks and how to deal with them.
